Polythene Wrapping
Our latest investment is the automated polythene wrapping line. Using a reel of polythene, items are automatically wrapped, sealed and cut at equal lengths at a rate of up to 6,000 per hour.

Polythene offers excellent value for money compared with paper envelopes and is ideal for catalogues, brochures, magazines and periodicals, resulting in a very professional package.

Polythene is available - to order - in various colours and sizes.


Example
Mainstream Direct is an envelope wholesaler. We carry stocks of over 1 million envelopes of various sizes. And we have a full printing facility for overprinting and personal styling. Custom design envelopes are also available upon request.

We use 3 Domino Jetarray Inkjet Printers. These machines are capable of high speed inkjet printing onto polythene, envelopes or the product itself.
Machine Enclosing
We use CMC Papermail high speed enclosers which can enclose up to A4 and at 12000 an hour.
Polywrap
CMC polywraps and an STS polywrap run 24 hours a day.
Shrinkwrap
High speed shrinkwrap using German Hugo Beck machines for CDs, manuals, boxes etc.
Data Processing
Data can be handled in any format and media.
Laser Printing
High speed laser printers giving up to 8,000 A4 sheets per hour.
