We offer a full direct mail production facility. From your data we can laser personalise onto your letterhead or simply inkjet address details direct onto your product, polythene or envelopes. We have 3 polythene wrapping machines, envelope enclosers, folders which run 24 hours a day. On top of this we have 60 people available for non-machineable Direct mail campaigns

 Contract Packing
We offer full contract packaging facilities. We have hand packaging facilities and shrink-wrapping. Our team of dedicated staff are able to handle any request for fulfillment, packaging or secure packing. Specialist packaging such as games boxes, CD enclosing or collation is available..

 Publishing Services
Full service to publishing houses are available. Close integration with Royal Mail, TNT and Comag ensures smooth distribution of your magazines. Subscription fulfillment, cover-mounting and tip-ons is just some of the work we offer specifically for this industry..

 Work By Hand
We have 60 people available, full time, permanent staff who work in-house on benches. Specialist jobs such as gluing, folding and collating are undertaken here. Direct Mail campaigns that need manual guaranteed matching are also undertaken.

We use 3 Domino Jetarray Inkjet Printers. These machines are capable of high speed inkjet printing onto polythene, envelopes or the product itself. |

We use CMC Papermail high speed enclosers which can enclose up to A4 and at 12000 an hour.

CMC polywraps and an STS polywrap run 24 hours a day.

High speed shrinkwrap using German Hugo Beck machines for CDs, manuals, boxes etc.

Data can be handled in any format and media.
